The businesswoman went on to confirm she was diagnosed with both the inattentive and hyperactive-impulsive types of the condition.
Ms Davies explained the diagnosis has given her valuable insight into how her brain functions and is wired differently from others.
She said understanding this will allow her to establish proper self-care support systems around herself to benefit her business interactions.
"Most of the stuff that you have will have a neurotypical brain, and you need to understand, as a leader in that business, how their brain works differently to yours," she explained.

The entrepreneur emphasised business leaders must take responsibility for bridging this gap.
"And because you're the leader, it's up to you to translate your world into something that they can understand," Ms Davies added.
She reflected on how her husband Simon has been instrumental in keeping her business ventures on track.
"I literally would have just run us into the ground, because it would have been too many ideas running on empty all the time.
