The most serious allegations centre on five rape charges involving a single complainant, with the offences alleged to have occurred between June 2020 and June 2021 at properties in and around Glasgow.
According to the indictment, the final alleged rape took place at an address in the city's east end on June 20, 2021, when the woman was purportedly "intoxicated, drifting in and out of consciousness and incapable of consenting".
Mr Kohli additionally faces four sexual assault charges relating to the same woman, along with accusations of engaging in abusive behaviour towards her over two years.
The indictment also details allegations dating back to 2006, including claims that Mr Kohli indecently assaulted a woman at BBC Scotland's Pacific Quay studios and at the Radisson Hotel on Argyle Street in Glasgow.
