Former Hollyoaks actress Davinia Taylor has unleashed a furious tirade against train staff at London Euston, accusing them of "nasty and inhuman" behaviour after they refused to let her board a Birmingham-bound service.
The 48-year-old, who portrayed Jude Cunningham in the Channel 4 soap, shared a now-deleted video on Instagram documenting her frustration after arriving at the platform three minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Ms Taylor, once a fixture of the Primrose Hill social scene alongside Kate Moss during the nineties, claimed she had sprinted through the station hauling heavy suitcases only to be turned away by platform workers.
The mother-of-four alleged that staff members "sniggered" at her predicament rather than offering assistance, leaving her stranded and forced to purchase another ticket.

In her expletive-laden video, Ms Taylor recounted racing through the station with her luggage before being stopped at the platform.
"I was there, the train was there, I was three minutes, I sprinted through Euston," she said.
"I said, 'Look I'm a woman on her own. I bought the ticket.' They'd not even locked the gates."
The actress claimed she reached the train at 16:25 with her QR code ready, four minutes ahead of the 16:29 departure. By 16:26, staff had informed her nothing could be done.

Ms Taylor said she requested that workers radio the conductor standing nearby, but this was refused.
She then imitated the staff member shrugging dismissively when she asked him to consider how he would feel if his mother were in her position.
Describing the workers as "f***ing idiots" and "horrible brats," Ms Taylor expressed her disgust at their conduct.
"I said, 'Do you know what? You're not even human'," she recounted. "The platform was empty. Empty, and they both sniggered, sniggered, what the f*** is wrong with people, when they've got a f***ing uniform on."

She added: "I hope their mothers are embarrassed."
The wellness entrepreneur, who now runs a company called Willpowders, overlaid her video with text branding the staff "jobsworth" and "k***heads" while questioning why some travel workers seem "set on default to be unhelpful."
However, Ms Taylor acknowledged that not all Avanti employees deserved criticism.
"I travel Avanti loads and have met absolute angels... but these two. Yuk," she wrote.

Avanti West Coast has confirmed it is looking into the incident.
A spokesperson for the train operator told the Mirror: "We are aware of the customer's experience travelling yesterday and we are currently looking into the circumstances of what happened."
According to Avanti's website, platform gates at London Euston close two minutes before train departure, which would suggest Ms Taylor arrived within the permitted window based on her account of the timeline.
Ms Taylor captioned her post explaining that a train manager on her subsequent service had encouraged her to file a complaint, stating "this sort of attitude and behaviour has to stop."
