The snacks are available to buy now

Aldi has launched new snacks as more Britons look for treats that taste great, yet are good for the gut.

Fibre has become the hottest wellness trend of 2026, with social media being inundated with videos of gut-friendly hacks and fibre-packed recipes.

Aldi is getting in on the action with a new range of gut-friendly snacks that also feel like a treat.

The Foodie Market collection has landed in stores now, offering shoppers an easy way to boost their fibre intake without sacrificing flavour.

The range features Cashew Clusters and Coconut Clusters, both priced at £3.49, giving health-conscious snackers affordable options that deliver on taste and nutrition.

The Cashew Clusters come in a generous 283g bag and offer a satisfyingly crunchy bite-sized snack that can help keep hunger pangs at bay.

What makes them special is the combination of plant-based protein and healthy fats from nuts.

In each 30g serving (roughly two clusters), you get 5.4g of protein, 1.4g of fibre, 10.7g of fat and 7.1g of sugars.

It is a strong choice for anyone looking to add more fibre, fat, and protein to their diet.

The Coconut Clusters are a fantastic swap for your usual afternoon sweet treat, coming in a 200g bag.

You can choose between the classic version or go for the indulgent Dark Chocolate option for something richer. Both varieties are packed with fibre and healthy fats while keeping sugar relatively low.
