Sunday is Father's Day, and to mark the occasion, Virgin Wines has put out three premium reds on offer for Britons planning to raise a glass.

Marqués del Parral Rioja DOCa Tempranillo, Spain
Grown in the high plains of the sun-kissed Rioja region, this wine is made with 100 per cent Tempranillo fruit.
Notes of plum and wild strawberry dominate the palate, joined by a very subtle whisper of chocolate.
While oaky tannins add complexity to the bouquet, there is also a slight acidic edge to the wine, making it an easy weeknight pour.
Florel Reserve Malbec, Argentina
Over in the high altitudes of Argentina, Malbec grapes produce a red that is lighter than its bolder red cousins - and the Florel Reserve carries through.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS
Balancing dried fruit and chocolate notes with fresh plum and blackberry, the result is a full-bodied wine with a finish smooth enough to linger on the palate.
While it would pair nicely with heartier dishes, it also holds well on its own.
Ripper Shiraz, Australia
The Ripper Shiraz originates from a third-generation family-owned winery in South Eastern Australia. Their creation is a medium-bodied red that is generously fruity, offering notes of blackberry, cherry and a hint of spice.
Leaning slightly towards the preserved-fruit character favoured by many wine lovers, this red would stand up well alongside red meat.
While being very different in character, each bottle carries something unique of the place it originates from, and there is no doubt the selection will suit whatever's on the menu this Father's Day.

Britons can snap up the three bottles for just £15
