The National Lottery syndicate has won more than £1million after securing a double payout on the exact same day.
The workplace group matched five main numbers plus the bonus ball in the July 11 Lotto draw, sweeping up an impressive combined total of £1,000,011.
Their windfall came across both rounds of the National Lottery's revamped Lotto format, with the first round delivering £1million and the second adding a further £11 after three main numbers were matched.
Split equally among the 10 victorious colleagues, each player walked away with precisely £100,001.10.
The syndicate had been pooling their money for over two years before striking gold.
At first, they only relied on lucky dip selections. Then, the group made the pivotal decision to switch to their own chosen numbers — a move that proved spectacularly worthwhile.
The National Lottery has recently introduced Lotto structure, which gives players two separate opportunities to win from a single £2 line.
Both rounds draw from the same pool of numbers, meaning the syndicate's carefully picked selection delivered prizes in each stage of the same draw.
"We still can't quite believe we won on both rounds with the same numbers," the group said.
"It's the most amazing feeling ever to win on Lotto, and because of our good fortune, some of our family members have even decided to set up their own syndicates — everyone should have one!"
The winners are now looking forward to splashing their winnings on holidays and flashy cars as well as helping to support their loved ones.

The revamped Lotto format was designed to produce hundreds of additional millionaires annually, according to the National Lottery's operator.
Players also benefit from improved odds of securing any prize under the new structure.
Beyond creating more winners, the updated game aims to generate greater funding for good causes across the UK.
Since its inception, the National Lottery has channelled over £53billion into worthy projects.
