England star Jordan Henderson was carried off the field on a stretcher following the Three Lions' 3-2 win over Mexico at the World Cup on Monday morning.
The Brentford star was celebrating with his team-mates when he fell over the advertising board and injured his arm.
England now face an anxious wait to see if Henderson is fit for next Saturday's seismic quarter-final showdown with Norway.
Harry Kane, speaking after the match, provided a swift update.
"Jordan [Henderson] just fell over there, I think he's okay, just something to do with his arm," he said.
Henderson's injury came after a pulsating tie in Mexico City, with the Three Lions battling their way through courtesy of brilliance from Jude Bellingham and Harry Kane.
England had looked in complete control before the contest descended into chaos, with Bellingham producing a moment of magic by scoring twice in the space of just 98 seconds before half-time to silence the packed Azteca Stadium.

The Real Madrid midfielder's clinical double put Thomas Tuchel's side firmly in the driving seat, though Mexico refused to buckle in front of their own supporters.
Julian Quinones hauled the hosts back into the contest before the interval, firing beyond Jordan Pickford to ensure England's advantage remained a slender one.
Any hopes of a more comfortable second half quickly disappeared when Jarell Quansah was shown a straight red card for a high challenge on Jesus Gallardo shortly after the restart.

However, Tuchel's side responded brilliantly to the setback.
Anthony Gordon won a penalty after being brought down by goalkeeper Raul Rangel, with captain Kane keeping his composure to send the keeper the wrong way from the spot and restore England's two-goal cushion.
The drama was far from over, though.
Kane soon found himself at the opposite end of the controversy after catching Brian Gutierrez inside the penalty area, allowing Raul Jimenez to convert from 12 yards and cut the deficit to 3-2.
Mexico threw everything at England during a frantic finale, backed by a deafening home crowd desperate to inspire an equaliser.

The experienced midfielder was seen receiving treatment from medical staff before being placed on a stretcher and carried from the pitch, raising immediate concerns ahead of England's quarter-final clash with Norway.
With Tuchel already facing a quick turnaround before the last-eight encounter, England will now hope Henderson's injury proves to be nothing more than a painful scare rather than a significant setback in their bid to win the World Cup.
