British holidaymakers looking for five-star luxury without the huge price tag should consider a Mediterranean getaway this year.
Online travel agent loveholidays has highlighted some of the best premium holiday packages departing between June and October 2026.
The company found stunning five-star deals across short-haul destinations for under £600 per person, with all-inclusive packages also available.
For sun-seekers wanting luxury without the long flight, the Med is delivering. Spain has come out as the clear winner for five-star value this year.
The Costa Brava's Kaktus Playa is offering seven nights in October from just £299 per person. If you fancy heading out earlier in the season, Andalucia's Envía Almería Apartments Spa & Golf has a week-long June break from £349 per person with breakfast included.
For those who love all-inclusive, Turkey is hard to beat. A seven-night stay at Goldcity in Antalya starts from £389 per person in October, and guests get access to four restaurants, three outdoor pools and a private beach.
The Greek islands are a top pick for all-inclusive fans, too. Crete's Filion Suites Resort and Spa offers a September escape from £519 per person, complete with suites and villas featuring private pools, Mediterranean cuisine made from local ingredients, and a full-service spa.
