It brings the total number of free streaming channels to 40x
Virgin Media has added four brand-new channels to set-top boxes nationwide — all at no extra cost.
Starting today, the four new additions can be accessed via Virgin TV 360 and Virgin Stream. The former relies on traditional cable television service delivered via a wall socket, while the latter leverages a Wi-Fi connection to beam broadcast television and catch-up services from anywhere in your home.
These four channels join the existing lineup of 40x streaming channels accessible on these set-top boxes, including the likes of U&Transport, British Screen Classics, Inside Crime, and more.
If you watch telly via Virgin TV 360 or Virgin Stream, the new arrivals are:

Virgin TV customers can enjoy 24/7 access to a host of their favourite shows at no extra cost, giving them extra entertainment and value."
Want to start watching? Although these new channels aren't delivered via traditional broadcast methods, but instead are accessible via an online stream, they're still found in the TV Guide alongside staples from BBC, ITV, Channel 4, and of course, GB News. Virgin Media O2 is increasingly focused on expanding its streaming catalogue to provide an alternative — and complementary — experience to traditional linear television.
It sets the platform apart from the likes of Freely, which brings Sky TV-like features to free-to-air channels and is forecast to become the biggest television service in the UK by the end of the decade.
Virgin Media is continuously updating and adding new things to watch. The telecom brand, which is currently offering up to £300 to tempt broadband subscribers to switch to its deals, only just treated viewers to two new channels as part of their FAST channel offerings. Known as Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television, this category is one of the fastest-growing in British television.
Delivered via streaming, FAST channels often focus on a specific show or genre, delivering back-to-back episodes with regular ad breaks. You'll find a slew of FAST channels on the likes of Samsung TV Plus, which is preinstalled on all Smart TVs from the South Korean brand, The Roku Channel, and Tubi.
