To qualify for Virgin Media's promotion, you must activate your service and submit your claim within 60 days. You'll need to provide a copy of your final bill from your previous provider, dated no more than 30 days before ordering your new broadband service, and any termination fees must already be paid in full. You'll then receive your money back in the form of a bill credit, which can be put toward your future bills.
It should be noted that the promotion excludes student broadband, 30-day rolling contracts, and Essential broadband customers. The credit won't apply during your first 14 days of service, and cancelling within that period will void the offer.
