Britons can choose to travel from more UK airports when booking a ski holiday

Crystal Ski Holidays has unveiled six TUI Airways routes from regional airports across the UK for winter 2027.

The new connections will link Belfast, Bournemouth and East Midlands with Innsbruck in Austria, while Bristol will get a route to Kuusamo in Finnish Lapland.

Newcastle will have two new services — one to Chambéry and another to Toulouse-Blagnac — opening doors to ski destinations spanning Austria, Finland, France, Andorra and the Spanish Pyrenees.

For winter 2027, weekly flights from Belfast, Bournemouth and East Midlands to Innsbruck will give travellers a direct route into Austria's beloved Tyrol region.

Popular resorts like Mayrhofen, Sölden, Obergurgl and Seefeld are more accessible for people who cannot easily get to a London airport.

The Tyrol is a favourite for good reason — think charming alpine villages, dependable snow, buzzing après-ski and runs that suit everyone from total beginners to seasoned pros.

Over in Bristol, a new route to Kuusamo is already on sale for winter 2027 and 2028, offering a gateway to the Finnish Lapland and the Ruka area. Beyond hitting the slopes, travellers can add extras like husky safaris, snowmobiling, reindeer sleigh rides, snowshoeing and Northern Lights hunts to their trip.

The Newcastle to Chambéry service provides a route to French Alpine giants like Méribel, Courchevel, Val d'Isère, Tignes and Les Menuires.

Meanwhile, the Newcastle to Toulouse-Blagnac route unlocks Andorra and Baqueira-Beret in the Spanish Pyrenees — a more relaxed, wallet-friendly alternative to the big-name alpine resorts.

Head of Crystal Ski Holidays, Scott Britton, said: "Demand for ski holidays is continuing to grow and we know value and convenience are front of mind for customers when they plan their winter break.

"These six new regional flights give holidaymakers more choice from airports closer to home, helping them cut down on extra travel and make the most of their time away.

"Whether they want to explore Austria's Tyrol region, Kuusamo, the French Alps or the Pyrenees, customers can book flights, accommodation, transfers and support in one easy package, pay upfront and travel knowing the essentials are already taken care of."

Lift passes, equipment hire and ski lessons can also be added to packages.
