Virgin Media has added two new channels to your Virgin TV set-top box. Both new arrivals are ad-supported, providing an array of entertainment throughout the day at no extra cost.
Known as FAST channels, or Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television, this category is one of the fastest growing in British telly, with the likes of Samsung TV Plus, The Roku Channel, and Tubi, offering vast catalogues at no cost.
In fact, Roku just added 22 of these new channels for users, meanwhile, Virgin Media rolled-out a trio of other new channels earlier this year. The latest arrivals from the telecom are:

Virgin Media's entertainment bundle lets you unlock download speeds of 362Mbps, well-suited for a large household with over 10 connected devices, including smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, and gaming consoles. Not only do you get over 200 channels and access to the new channels as mentioned above, but you'll also be treated to a Netflix subscription worth £5.99, too
The new channels join the existing 37 streaming channels available already, which include U&Transport, British Screen Classics, Inside Crime, and more. Discussing the new arrivals, David Bouchier, Chief TV and Entertainment Officer at Virgin Media O2, said: “We are launching two brand new streaming channels to give our customers even more of the best entertainment from Virgin TV, at zero extra cost.
"With 8 out of 10 Cats and Pointless, comedy and quiz show lovers have their favourite content available on demand and 24/7. The channels join our growing FAST programming on Virgin TV, which ensures there really is something for every type of viewer to enjoy, any time of the day or night."
The new channels can be found on the Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) and come as part of the company’s consistently evolving streaming channel offering. You can access this by following these steps:
